Our Dixmondsg Hair Care products (the “Products”) are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Our Dixmondsg Hair Care products are sold in retail stores and online stores thus by purchasing our product from either the retail store or the online you are agreeing to hold us harmless and agree that we will be not responsible to any damages or risks.
No results are promised or guaranteed. No liability is taken by Dixmondsg or its employees, shareholders, or affiliates for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of any of Dixmondsg product.
Although great care and research went into creating the products, much of our products and the said benefits of our hair products are alternative treatments and not meant to be used as a substitute for modern medical intervention.
Our products are NOT for consumption. Some of the products must always be diluted before use on the scalp. No liability will be assumed by Dixmondsg or its employees, shareholders, or affiliates for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of any other product sold or manufactured by Dixmondsg. You must apply our product on the right shade of hair tone in order for it to work. We will not be responsible if you do not follow the instructions accordingly.
Always keep all Dixmondsg products out of the reach of children. If redness, burning, itching, or irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and consult your medical provider if self-treatment is not effective. If irritation does occur then apply olive oil not water, to the affected area and dry. Again, to stop burning, redness, itching, or irritation do not add water; instead apply generous amounts of vegetable oil to the area.
If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, have heart disease, epilepsy, high blood pressure or diabetes, seek the advice of a health professional before using any Dixmondsg products. Please test all hair and/or scalp products before using. Apply a small amount to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use it if redness or irritation occurs.
Please note that we WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any damage or risk including but not limited to rubbery hair, hair fallen off.
Please also understand that we will also not be responsible on any damage or responsible on usage of our product when you take to professionals or non-professionals whether in salon or not.
Again, the processing time for all Dixmondsg hair care products depends entirely on your hair condition and we highly recommend that you the hair condition every few minutes to ensure that hair is not over processed. Product Application Disclaimer & Indemnity
The “Products” refers to Dixmondsg Hair Bleach, Dixmondsg Hair Toner, Dixmondsg Hair Dyes and its variants, Dixmondsg Shampoo, Dixmondsg Conditioner, Dixmondsg Hair Mask.
1. You should never exceed the recommended timing.
If you take longer time to apply the product, you should factor in the application and processing time as a whole. Eg: Leave on for 30 minutes means – Application time of 10 minutes, leave on for 20 minutes. OR Application time of 5 minutes leave on for 25 minutes, vice versa.
2. You need to check your hair condition every few minutes.
Regardless of whether your hair is in a healthy or damaged condition prior to using the product, You are required to check your hair every few minutes, and may require shorter processing time depending on your hair condition. You can check by pulling a strand of the hair to check if the elasticity is still there. If it becomes more elastic (rubbery), it is a sign of over processed and it must be washed off immediately.
3. The processing time may be shorten depending on your hair condition.
The processing time for the products, should be left on depending on customer hair condition. Customer with a more damaged hair should be cautious and check the hair condition every few minutes to ensure that hair is not over processed.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees or any exchanges.
You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund or an exchange for any purchase under any circumstances. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES THAT YOU WILL BE SATISFIED. WE FURTHER MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE INFORMATION, CONTENTS, OR OUR PRODUCTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER THE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Liability Release and Indemnification
You hereby agree as follows:
You and anyone claiming on your behalf release and forever discharge Dixmondsg (the “Releasee”) and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in their individual and/or corporate capacities from causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown, which you may have against Releasee or any Released Parties arising out of or relating to any injury, loss or damage to person that may be sustained as a result of using our products (“Claims”).
You understand that using the products may involve inherent risks, including without limitation to risk of physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent hair damage and/or death, and you assume all related risks and voluntarily use the products.
You agree to indemnify Dixmondsg against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages and judgments, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the products. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defences and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in asserting any available defences.
You understand that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dixmondsg assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, inaccuracies and/or ineffectiveness of Dixmondsg Hair Care products; and (ii) personal injury or damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our Dixmondsg Hair Care products;
This Release shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assignees.
You have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Release and you are freely, knowingly and voluntarily using Dixmondsg hair care products.
